This location is convenient. It is in the middle of a large shopping area and close to multiple train lines. I found it easy to reach Heathrow Airport. The staff was also attentive and polite. They were always smiling.

The hotel has laundry facilities available on the 11th floor. Guests can find a modern and spacious apartment equipped with a dishwasher. It has everything needed to cook and feel at home. It almost seemed like living in my own apartment, we loved it.

The location was convenient for getting around. It was close to transport links.
Unfortunately, the service was not great. I requested laundry detergent and it took three hours to arrive. Some of the bar staff were rude, disappointing. The duty manager never responded to my issues , even after I left her a note. She was incommunicado.

i found the housekeeping service to be quite slow. requests took a long time to be fulfilled. this impacted the convenience of my stay a bit.

The hotel's location was very convenient. i was able to easily access westfield stratford city and the stratford station. the staff greeted me kindly and directed me to reception. The reception area looked elegant. i found the staff to be very friendly and efficient.
i requested something from housekeeping and it took a long time to arrive. the daily cleaning service did not seem very effective! it looked as if nothing had been cleaned at all.
